Yes the common toolbox location on the network drive was repointed. Did a little reading on the SW site and it seems there are a few SPR that bear resemblance to this issue still unresolved.

We use a specific BOM that uses Item,Quantity,partnum(custom property),and partdescription(custom property).
In SW 2007 the toolbox parts used to come into the BOM just fine but now all I get from 2008 is blank entries in my BOM. Anyone else have this problem?

Thanks for the info. It seems the driver that came on the CD would not load correctly. Once I used the updated driver/plugins the menu popped up for SW. and it is working but will be tricky to tailor it to my needs.
