Did the allowable pin shear change in the AISC 13th edition from the 0.22Fu in the 9th edition? If it has or if it is the same, please reference a page #.

i was looking for a refernce to the operating capacity of a bridge. According to the NBI they are inspected and rated every two years, so i have been trying to find a source that has that information.

AASHTO specs out a 0.64klf lane loading for a ten foot width and a single design truck to be applied in a simple span bridge. Does the number of design trucks that are applied to the span change depending on the span?
If it does what is the spacing between them?
