THe new translator that UGS has implemented is for V4 - V5 issues are still being worked out. This is a plug-in (UGS did not write it) and although you can read .model files, any catexp,catdata, etc will not work.

It sounds like you are referring to the Theorem Solutions Direct translators (http://www.theorem.co.uk/). These are very good, yet expensive, translators.
