thank you,rmw as Conventional vehicle axle, we face to the input flange of rear axle,when the input is clockwise so the vehicle go forward. but dana axle is On the contrary.

as you say, negative slopes are not allowed with concrete material.

our company bought two dana axle, but I find the rotation direction of axle is different from the Conventional vehicle axle. I attached a drawing and you can find the position of final reduction gear is not like Conventional vehicle axle's. anybody has this experience?

thank you,BrianPetersen yes ,it is a Single cylinder engine,15KW 1500Reciprocate per minute. our linear engine has not crankshaft, just a Reciprocating shaft. Im sorry, my english is not very well, Im from china.
