WHY is software so unmanagable?
All that is true... but why can't the operating system allow for software to be moved from one drive to another? Why is it for the human (the weak link?) to re-install. This means digging out the original disc and documentation. Is the assumption that you will only load the software once? I...- Bud

OK... here is a bit of a whine... but why do we suffer with applications running on PC's that cannot be moved from one drive to another. Why are we forced to "reload" this stuff?<br> <br> When adding more hard drive space to a system, I normally will just add a second drive. It's easier. But...- Bud
