Need some feedback on the Mitsubishi city MULTI applications from those who have a project or two under their belt.
I'd like to hear the "wish we would have..." and "sure glad we..." type comments that only experience can provide.

Rows are counted front to back and define the depth of the coil in physical terms. Don't confuse rows with qty of circuits and qty of passes per circuit.
Data loggers are cheap, buckets are cheap, ice is cheap and I bet you own a refrigerator capable of maintaining 36f. Run an experiment and tell us your results.type/temp/quality of ice, water/ice ratio, and surface area to mass are all important factors.
go back to a jan 10 posting, it may apply to you. regarding exterior zones, try to solve/minimize window problems with window solutions(ext shading, film, drapes, etc) when possible. Also, keep the fan "on" to mix the differences and see where that gets you. return & stat locations matter too...
