Well I'm having issues with Draft Analysis again, but now In Rev. 13.
I first posted my question in regards to draft analysis back on R12, and got everything working. In R13 however, some features look good and others are coming back as dielocked, when they are obviously not.

Modifing it to CurrentDoc.parameters, does make it work, except it add the parameters to the product, and not my active part, I would like to be able to add my parameters to my active "catpart" even when in designing within a product.

Thanks, I haven't been able to really see if it works in the context of my assembly though, because I can't seem to get my parameters to connect. I get an "Run-time error '438': Object doesn't support this property or method" This error occurs at the *** line.

I overlooked that setting, being that I was exporting. In my quest to fix this issue I found that if I set my paper standard to ANSI that worked as well.
ASME = mm
ANSI = inches

I have a .Catpart file that was done in inches. I need to create a .dxf file of the profile, no problems exporting it. But when I go to check it, it seems that my .DXF file seems to be exporting as mm's. (My part comes in much smaller)
Is it my importing or exporting that is resizing it...

I have a standard start file for V5, it has several standard parameters and standard bodies, (already named) it would be nice to replace the "new part" file V5 pulls up with my standard part.

I have a library of Catia V4 "details" that I would like to turn into a library of V5 "Catalog" parts. Because I don't have to modify this parts, I have been doing a "paste result" for my V4 to V5 conversion.

yes, I did check for duplicated surfaces, and did not find any. I have found a gap between two surfaces, but even once I fixed the gap. I still can't complete a healing operation on the join. I get the "invalid geometry" error.

for starters I have a really poor surfaced model. It has been translated several times and my instructions are to make the changes as fast as possible without redoing surfaces.

Can you do a "Draft Analysis" within a Product, or do you have to be in a Catpart only?
