Mike, Thanks! I got a few inputs to work, but I need to tinker with it more. I plotted my dads farm property deeds on Acad 2-d years ago, then put a PDF image of topographic USGS map embedded in the file, adjusted the scale of the topo image by comparing a scaled line in Acad, then scooted...- bolt37

How to enter surveying lines (bearing, distance) can't seem to make it work like AutoCAD does.... I have tried everything I know how to do but Draftsight doesn't seem to allow this input. But the "units" section shows it being available...?- bolt37
