    ASME Re-rate Vessel From 300¦ F to 350¦ F

    We have a customer that has a small pressure vessel (90 liters) They want to re-rate the vessel to a Higher Temperature 300° F to 350° F. We are the original ASME manufacturer of the vessel it's a "UM" stamped vessel. Can we simply re-qualify the Vessel to 350° F with updated U1 documentation...

    What is the maximum pressures and temperatures a vessel containing water can be before it's required to be ASME Designed/Built and Stamped? Max PSI = ??? Max Temp. = ???
