    Thanks for your help in explaning the tower set up along with the link you provided. In the strange way things work here, I have to prove that its cheaper to buy one than build one. I would rather send the samples out, but that involves a different set of challenges. Again, thanks for your help.

    The ASTM B 117-3 section 9.1 mentions the Air Saturator Tower and section 10.2 mentions the Atomizer Tower. I am assuming that they are the same thing.     I need to know the center of gravity of a machine in water. Can I assume that the center of gravity is the same in water as out of it. There are no voids in which air can be trapped and none of the materials used are buoyant.
