As you know that methods of design 2ways slab support the uniform distributed load are available in almost handbook or design code. What I wonder that should we find the way to convert the point load to UDL? That should be more practical then?

Have a look The RAPT (analysis and design package for reinforced and post-tensioned concrete structural systems), which as I'm known is the quite powerful package.
