    metengr, for the question of the weld location, yes the weld was placed at the end of the tubing/caster plate. the casters are v-groove and all (4) swivel.but the travel direction is perpendicular to the 3' dim of the weldment.wont the weight from the equip. cause the tubing to stress and fail...
