Where would I be able to source a material supplier / manufacturer for the gel contained within a bike / bycle seat but not looking for gel foams, please?

multi-stage moulding..... If your talking about injection moulding the parts:
Look for a injection mould tooling company that will do 2-shot / twin shot / over moulding, tooling or phone up a plastic material supplier or if pushed, a Product Design / Developmemt company.

sorry bit late to catch your requirements but you could try:
rapid prototyping companies - they will be able to use your master model to produce 20-30 parts from silicon tooling in a range of materials.

1. define a symbol of your text or drawing border you require.
2. export the symbol out. by file export
start up a new drawing.
3. create instance, bring in your symbol into your drawing area.
4. Smash instance so that you can edit any notes you wish.
this is a way I use all the time...
