I'm looking at Machinery's Handbook, 25th, in Threads and Threading, Metric Screw Threads, Formulas for M Profile Screw thread Limiting Dimensions. It lists formulas for internal and external threads.
You could create the 55 coordinate points file in an Excel spreadsheet, save the points out as a text file (with the proper format), to be used to insert a curve through xyz points, use that curve to sweep your part, then insert the spreadsheet into your drawing.
I can't see how you could get...
Have you tried the Weldments tools yet. It works pretty slick for extruding predifined cross sections along 2d and 3d sketches. There should be a tutorial for it too.
