panting rubber
There was a product of Hypalon based latex paints available at one time which were very good because they had the properties to stretch with the rubber and to hold color. Those are the two properties which usually are a problem with painting rubber- BCAREY

Viton FR 44/60 equivalent
Green is a European color code for fluorocarbon rubber, whereas we use brown in the US. If it is a backup ring then it almost certainly is a 90A hardness.
