    hie, for our project, we had asked bolt material as ASTM A194Gr4M. but vendor has quoted for ASTM A194Gr7M. Can anyone guide, whether this material is acceptable in leiu of ASTM A194Gr4m.? Also guide what would be the impact test requirements? thanks Bagul

    Can anyone guide how the material grade selection and class selection is done.... For eg. If i am selecting A 358.
