I'd like to 2nd this request. These are terrible. If you can't get rid of them is there a way to make them at least not be the priority when mousing over them?

Our company has had problem like this in the past. One of the solutions we have used is spherical bushings. See here for examples.

I would also add that if you really are looking at any type of large deformation you really need to run this as a non-linear model. You also need to look at how you are setting up the material properties and what material model you are using. Plastics and rubbers don't behave the way metals do.

Before you even go that far just do two blocks face to face. Make sure they are propery restrainted and that the contact faces to not match line to line. Make on face larger than the other. Try that and see if you still have failure.
