Reference table 4.8 AWS D1.1 2000 For the fillet weld qualification test (plate), the table indicates that this also qualifies for production pipe fillet welds. So if a welder qualified on the fillet weld plate test, would he be qualified to weld flanges onto the ends of 4" pipe? Thanks
