In this case you would want to take into account the power supply internal resistance since the CT resistance will be as low or lower than the power supply resistance throwing off the final result.

With all due respect, I think you should state what it is you are attempting to acheive. The data from the CT Manufacturer should be all you need, unless you are trying to incorparate this CT into a bus voltage differential...
