Over frequency trip on genset trip after big load drop
We have (2) 2mw gas generators and (2) 1.5kw compressors in an small island microgrid. When one of the compressors trips it will cause over frequency trip on genset breaker (Sudden removing big load) Is the cap bank or load bank helpfull to be used as virtual load to avoid this event?
