I have a Tripp Lite SMART700USB that I want to fix. I think it stopped working after a voltage surge on the output ground terminal of the UPS. I haven't been able to find any manuals or schematics. Can anyone help me out?

Does anyone have any information on the construction of 115/230/500 kV electricity pylons? I would like to know whether or not every pylon along a circuit typically has its own ground grid. Also what are the design details (such as arrangement/dimensions of conductors) for typical ground grids...
