Hello does anyone know of or have a code that takes real experimental data values of u velocities in turbulent boundary layer and turns into coherent structures in form on a contour plots???

Hi was just wondering, if anyout there know this, if i have a data of real flow stream such as u veliocity, couples with threshold detetor upstream what alogorithms can i use to detect coherent structures within turbulent boundary layer flow? and do do matlab have these alogorithms?
