I'm under the impression that at one point ANSI label requirements for Danger, Warning and caution were changed to require an exclamation mark next to the text and slightly different bordering.
My question is.. if you are using the previous (outdated) labeling are you automatically no longer...

i again, agree. i think the purpose of a color band labeling system is to avoid communication barriers, that something like a text might create.
