Plant Simulation Software, what works?

ANSI B5.54 STANDARD, SECTION 7????
Does anyone know what this standard says, or could you email it to me? I have heard it contains info on tool life, which I need, but would rather not have to buy it if someone here can tell me what it says. Aaron- AaronA
