    Thanks for your genuine reply. But i am searching method to find thickness of flange lower than class 150. in ASME B16.5 formulas are not given to validate thickness. I am looking for basic formulas to find thickness. If you have anything regarding it please share. Thank You.

    I was trying to design Tongue & Groove type flange for shell & tube type heat exchanger at 1.5 Bar pressure & 110 degree tempreture. But ASME B16.5 don't have any calculation details for that much low pressure. Please help me out for this calculation. Thanks
