First of all, I subscribe to many SW Youtube channels and learn quite a bit, but every once in awhile I am thrown a project at work that requires more education/techniques which I haven't learned or mastered. That said, are their tutors out there that could guide me with my dilemma? Obviously...
Is it possible to link the P/N to a Standard note?
Basically I would like the highlighted number to auto-populate with the P/N associated with the drawing.

I created a wire in SW 2004 using 3D-Sketch. How can you modify the shape of the wire by dragging the Spline Control Points? I seen a quick video on this but they didn't go into detail. I just don't see these points???

I'm just trying to rename an individual part. I have done all that you said and still end up with the same error?
"The file O-RING cannot be used as a replacement because it would create a circular reference".
I'm not even sure what the error means.
How do you Rename parts in SW 2004? I went to Solidworks Explorer - File Open - Edit Configurations - Right click on part and Rename. I'm getting the following error:
"The file O-RING cannot be used as a replacement because it would create a circular reference".
Thanks!
