The component in question is the lighter coloured one on the left. There are two one behind the other.

Rubbish photo but the component is marked EA Cm 3 472M 46 It is like a disc capacitor 14mm diameter but with a third terminal in the middle at the back. Blue in colour in the area of the board where the power comes in. The 'C' in the component marking...
