I am just a little bit surprised how could you perform absolut measurement of your gas consumption?
50 / 200 = 0.4 litre of He per hour does not sounds for me realistic. Trumpf's gas mixer...
There is standard Trumpf's user level password: "minutes from computer clock + 530" e.g. if you are going for soft* reboot your CNC at 3:23 AM system will prompt you for password and you type "23530".
* - no machine shutdown, just reboot

I am currently running two 2.2 kW Trumpf CF on nitrogen generator. My model is from "Praxair" - "Laser Star" (see attached file).
I shall note - this unit is not generates high purity N2, but mix: 95%N2 and 5% O2.
