Have you checked the help files?
Have you checked any Support Tools offered by the software company or other websites for that package?

If you cannot find the answer to your problem in these steps then go ahead and ask.

Please include which software package (ANSYS, NASTRAN, ABAQUS, MECHANICA, etc.) you are using, which version you are using, and what platform you are running on.

Please make sure you are posting enough information (software, version, operating system, etc.) and that you are posting in the right forum. Many widely used packages have a dedicated forum on this site.
