Pressing Load for Rivets

(OP)
Hi All,

We are developing a "U" pulley where two sheet metal 'drawn' cups have to be riveted back to back. Can anyone help in determine the pressing load for the forming Rivet heads. The sheet thickness for each cup is 2 mm and the shank dia of the Rivet is 5 mm. The groove dia of the pulley is 128 mm. There are 18 rivets placed radially

Regards
