Help on selecting flow computation software

Help on selecting flow computation software

(OP)
We are designing water and phase-change cooling solutions for use in computers. Until evaluation of flow and efficiency is something we have done through prototyping, and therefore it would be great to find software that could help test designs before we prototype. Anyone know of good software that could be used for designing and testing such products?

RE: Help on selecting flow computation software

As far as I know, COSMOS cannot model two-phase flow.

Ditto with Bradley. I have not used FloWorks, but we do have one seat. Something to look into. It has been used here for air temperature/flow over and around our product on an aircraft engine.
