Hi! I am looking for a circuit diagram for a surface mount FM VHF transmitter for room or telephone. RF power output around 5mw RF. On VHF or UHF. Prefer VHF. Can anyone help me out there, i am doing a project in RF design in micro SM design FM VHF Transmitters.

There are a number of companies out there which make transmitter and transceiver chips. Their data sheets have suggested circuits. These devices are typically in the ISM (Industrial/Scientific/Medical) frequency bands around 433 MHz, 868 MHz(European), and 915 Mhz (North America) bands. Some will tune other frequencies.
