Feedback on Fabtrol

(OP)
We are a young company with around 40 employees. Our corporate office decided to use Solomon (which is an accounting software) for production control etc. at our plant, needless to say that has been a nightmare.

We are thinking about purchasing Fabtrol. I would like to know if anyone has used this software and how useful it has been. And if there are any other programs that suit the steel fabrication better than Fabtrol.

RE: Feedback on Fabtrol

Yes we have use Fabtrol. Thing to considered prior to purchaseing software:

Their purchasing module is ok but not great.

Shearmate is average at best.

Their support is excellent:

User manual: Poor

Optimiser: Above average
