Changing Default Bend Radius

Changing Default Bend Radius

Changing Default Bend Radius

(OP)
Can Anyone tell me how I can change the default bend radius for a sheet metal part?

Thanks

Regards
Vik

RE: Changing Default Bend Radius

You set the default bend radius in the Base flange dialogue box, when creating the sheet metal part.

To edit it after the part is created, RMB the Base flange feature & select Edit feature, then change the Sheet metal parameters section.

from (the City of) Barrie, Ontario.

What happens if you get scared half to death twice?

RE: Changing Default Bend Radius

Right-click on the "Sheet-Metal1" (name may vary) feature in the feature manager tree and select "Edit Definition"  This is where the default bend radius is defined.

If you double-click the "Sheet-Metal1" feature, the default radius will appear in the model window for editing.  It is also possible to link the dimension to part thickness so that the radius matches thickness as thickness changes.

Due to illness, the part of The Tick will be played by... The Tick.
