low DC voltage Camera system

(OP)
I'm thinking of installing a camera system and I have a couple questions.
Can power be pulled off a circuit in the area, does this type of equipment usually come with a ac/dc converter, or do I need to run a seperate circuit from the panel to the camera System?
If I need to run a seperate circuit how do I get the DC current? Do they make breakers that include transformers or do I need to incorporate one into the line.
IS there a different conversion for watts with DC?

Thanks in advance for any help!
