Hi,

A product has a complex surface that I need to glue a label, I don´t know how to flatten this surface to get the real dimensions of this label, Does Catia V5 has this command ( to flatten a surface)?

Thanks in advance,

Angelo Matos,

RE: flatten a surface

V5 can flatten a ruled surface.  You need the Developed Shapes license (DL1).

thank you for your attention replying my message, but do you know the name of the command that can do it in this license?

RE: flatten a surface

Hi Angelo,

Are you from Brazil? (B&D I think so)

In GSD Workbench has unfold command (insert/developement surfaces menu).
