I'm trying to redesign a part for one of our existing machines, and it currently uses machined male to female spline shafts for transmitting torque.  I can't find any dimensional info for standard involute spline shaft sizes.  I'll keep searching around, but I thought maybe someone here could point me to a good resource.  Thanks!

RE: spline shaft

This topic has been thoroughly discussed on this site.  Did you do a search, or an advanced search on it??  I think you will find a lot of info already here.
