relinable heated hose

(OP)
I have an application where we clean a tfe lined, s.s. braided, heated hose, daily with solvent to remove our process material (catalyzed epoxy).  The solvents that do the job without "side effects" are either on the EPA list of ozone depleaters, or are said to soon be in the next few years.  Our company is committed to not using such materials.  The "replacement" solvents don't do as good of a job as needed and are much more expensive.  Most of our solvent use is to clean out our existing hose.  If I could make the hose core disposable, the need for solvent and its associated problems and costs could be greatly reduced.

As a solution, I have searched for "hoses" that are relineable, but I have come up with little in the way of products that potentially fit my application,

My thoughts center around a reinforced pvc (or other material) tube (the replaceable part), heated by resistive heater(s); or even the same core heated by a hot water jacket.  We need a core length of approx. 25', but the jacket, or heating element could be made of shorter lenghts.  I need to raise the process fluid temperature from approx. 125°F to 150°F over the hose length.  I have a supply pressure of 110 psi that the hose core would be exposed to during the approx. 3 hour dispense time.  The process fluid is disposable after it solidifies, so the hose core could be removed from a hose assembly, and disposed of with other similar waste from the process.  Does anyone have experience with a similar application?

RE: relinable heated hose

Try Engineering Appliances UK they make all sorts of specialist flex ...even for nuclear industry

would a corrugated stainless steel flex do??
