DOES ANYONE HAVE A PATCH TO GET CADKEY97 TO RUN ON XP?

It should work, but without knowing the specific problems your having it's hard to help you here.  Have you tried Cadkey's web site for help?  They have dozens of technotes available, this is just one of many I found that may or may not help;

Good Luck

CK 97 LOADS AND RUNS BUT WHEN I TRY TO CREATE A NOTE OR LABEL, I WILL NOT LET ME TYPE ANY TEXT IN THE DIALOG BOX

RE: cadkey 97 not working on xp

Ever find a fix for typing text (or inability to) in CadKey 97 in a Windows XP environment? I'm having the same problem after installing SP 2.

RE: cadkey 97 not working on xp

From another forum on the net:
"Cadkey 97 will load just fine on Windows xp if you load it in the compact setting. I tried it in the "typical" setting and it didn't work."

It's been too long for me to remember the diference between compact and typical.  There was no mention of the text problem your having.
