Does anyone have recommendations for mixing and dispensing systems for epoxy? I would like something automatic so I don’t have to weigh everything by hand. Who are some good suppliers? What is the best method for preventing the mixed epoxy from hardening in the machine?

Right now I am considering the systems sold by Freeman.

A fixed mixing ratio is O.K. this machine will be dedicated to 1 resin.

TIA

HDS,

Did you ever make a decision on this?  I am curious to know if you solved the problem of hardening inside the machine and which system you decided to use.

There are obviously lots of meter-mix systems out there, depending on you material.  I've been researching high viscosity 1:1 two part mixers.  Any info you could pass along might save me time.  One thing I've found is this.

I have not looked at anything besides those machines from Freeman. That system is very expensive but is obviously designed to last a long time and get used constantly. I needed something less expensive.
