ACAD 2005 DWF PUBLISHING

(OP)
Has anyone had any problems using the 'sheet set manager' to publish a batch of drawings to a single DWF file? It seems our acad (ADT's) 2005's don't plot all selected drawings to a single dwf file/format i.e a sheet set is created for, say 10 mech drawings where all pagesetups are created, all last saved in paper space etc, use s/s manager to publish all to dwf, then on opening this new dwf file, only about 3-4 out of the 10 appear - the rest are just blanks as if drawing contained nothing. we think it may be a bug in the software but if anyone else has had this and knows why please let me know, I would be very grateful.
