Planning plant maintenance shuts

(OP)
Hi

I'm trying to get all the work we do during a single days maintenance shut into a gantt charted plan. At present we just issue lists of hundreds of jobs with no priority or duration estimates. I've tried MS Project but it seem to be biased towards projects with tasks measured in days or weeks. Is there a way I can configure it to plan a project over a single day so that e.g. start TIMES are displayed for each task instead of start DATES

Cheers

I can manage to get the Gantt chart bars to show times for start using the wizard and custom settings but I cant get the reports to show start times for each resource (employee) Since not everyone has MS project on their computer I wanted to be able to send task lists to people with start times for each task.

Cheers
P
