Does anyone know if you can install AutoCad2000 on XP machines?

RE: AutoCad 2000 on XP system

What kind of error messages do you get?

RE: AutoCad 2000 on XP system

I have 2000 lt and 2004 lt installed on xp

RE: AutoCad 2000 on XP system

Yes, you can but we have had issues with copy-paste with that combination.

Whether you think that you can, or that you can't, you are usually right

I'm running 2000 on XP; no problems at all

RE: AutoCad 2000 on XP system

I equally have been using AutoCAD 2000 on an XP machine haven't had any problems either.

RE: AutoCad 2000 on XP system

i had the same problem.. You have to close the autostart when it happens and thru Microsoft explorer go to your cd rom drive and right click on the setup.exe    within the window that pops up say something like "open with" and you can install it as an older windows application.   mine is working well now
