I have loaded the add in for EDrawings 2004 and when I publish the EDrawing nothing happens.  If I have the add-in available shouldn't it work?

I am on service pack 3.0

RE: EDrawings 2004

Open Edrawings up and see if you can open the SW file natively.

Also Save your SW file (Within SW) as an Edrawing and see if Edrawings will open that file.

If all the above works, then uninstall and reinstall Edrawings.

I have reinstalled edrawings 2004.  I can open a solidworks drawing from edrawings 2004, the rotate and animate icons are grayed out.  An edrawing has very little value if it can't be rotated.

Thanks

RE: EDrawings 2004

You should clean Edrawings out of the registry and then reinstall Edrawings.

Under:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software

Also look in the Solidworks directories and remove it from there as well.
