COLCHESTER FEED SHEAR PIN

COLCHESTER FEED SHEAR PIN

COLCHESTER FEED SHEAR PIN

(OP)
I have a colchester triumph 2000 lathe and i think the shear pin on the feed needs replacing, as i don't have the manual for this lathe can somebody tell me how to replace it.

RE: COLCHESTER FEED SHEAR PIN

I think the shear pin is located down just below the chuck where the shaft enters the housing of the machine.
If the feed shaft is still visibly turning then there is a sleeve under the saddle has worn out and needs replaced £££.
