Low glass transition temperature polymers

(OP)
I am looking for a thermoplastic polymer with a low glass transition temperature.  I would like to use the material in a custom-fit device for an arm or leg.  Ideally, the material would become soft at a low temperature and be safe to handle while fitting to a person's arm or leg.  I believe Polycaprolactone has a low enough melting point.  Products that use Polycaprolactone are craft materials like "Friendly Plastic" (R).  Does anyone have experience using Polycaprolactone in other applications?  What other materials would you suggest?

RE: Low glass transition temperature polymers

EVA or Ethylene Vinyl Acetate might suite. It is typically used to soften polyethylene, and is quite often used as the material for mouth guards, as the correct grades can be formed at temperatures that are safe for direct contact with the mouth.
