Screw Feeder Pulse Reduction

Screw Feeder Pulse Reduction

Screw Feeder Pulse Reduction

(OP)
We are trying to reduce the pulse delivery of powder from a screw feeder operating at the bottom of its speed limit. Does anyone have any clever ideas for modifying the delivery tube to reduce this effect??
Thanks in advance,

TISM

RE: Screw Feeder Pulse Reduction

We resolved a similar problem by feeding onto a vibratory plate which then feed into a hoopper and ultimately into our reactor.  Our system was dust free and clean.
