I know this must be a simple problem but my drawing dimensions for circles always start as "display with solid leader" as the DEFAULT property setting. I can ctrl pick all the circular dimensions and right click properties to change this but it is time consuming. I hope there is a way to have the default changed.
Also on same thread of discussion when I do ordinate dimensions they always start as "display as chain dimension" and I would like to change that default. This also can be changed with a right click on properties.

Thanks

Go into your dwg template and under tools->options-> document properties-> dimensions -> leaders ->have a play in here to find  possibly what you are looking for.
 Hope this helps

RE: Display solid leader default

I have not found a way to change either of them yet ... maybe a Registry setting ??

Meantime, can you use ANSI standard? It does not include the "display with solid leader" feature.
