Screw torque for grub screws

Screw torque for grub screws

Screw torque for grub screws

(OP)
Does anyone know where I can get information on screw torques for standard metric grub screws. As they do not have a conventional screw head I have a feeling that standard screw torque equations will not work. At present I am looking at cup point grub screws.
Als is there any information out there on the different types of grub screw?

RE: Screw torque for grub screws

I forgot to ask, what material are they to be made from? I have other sites for different materials. Sorry!

The grub screws I'm working with at the moment are stainless steel grub screws in a brass insert.
