Disposable mini Tube.

Disposable mini Tube.

Disposable mini Tube.

(OP)

     Hi,

I need a "once" only system to put a corrosive fluid through a small diameter steel tube [not greater than 1/4 inch, usually]. The tube must not be re-usable.

Any process, system, cut-off, collapsing or ejection method of rendering the tube  useless thereafter will be acceptable.

Will appreciate any ideas.

RE: Disposable mini Tube.

If your "corrosive fluid" happens to be 65% H2SO4, you won't have to be concerned about removing the tube. <g>

How much time after the fluid goes thru the tube do you want the tube to be "gone"?  What is the fluid?  Temp?
